Driving directions to the events are below.  Please remember:
  • Daylight Savings Time reverts back to Standard time at 2:00am Sunday, November 4 (the night before Day 2 of the Individual Championships).  You get an extra hour to sleep!
  • Traffic jams on I-95 frequently occur at any time, North or South of the park.  Allow yourself plenty of time to get to the park for your race.
  • Traffic reports are available by dialing 511 on phones in Virginia.  Radio reports can be heard on FM 103.5 WTOP, FM 88.5 American University Radio, Sirus 152, AM 630 WMAL, and other stations.

 From the Washington, D.C. Capital Beltway, I-495/I-95 
  • 0.0 miles – South on I-95
  • 19.5 miles – Right (West) on Rte. 619 (Exit 150B), Joplin Rd.
  • 19.6 miles – Right onto Forestburg Ln.
  • 19.7 miles – Left on Williams Rd.
  • Follow signs to parking at Williams Ball Field (do not park inside the park at Pine Grove)
 From Fredericksburg, VA, I-95
  • 0.0 miles – North on I-95
  • 19.7 miles – Exit 150, then Left (West) on Rte. 619, Joplin Rd.
  • 20.1 miles – Right onto Forestburg Ln.
  • 20.2 miles – Left on Williams Rd.
  • Follow signs to parking at Williams Ball Field (do not park inside the park at Pine Grove)
