Media Kit

Orienteering is a family-friendly "map and compass" outdoor sport originating in Europe and now practiced worldwide. The US Champs is one of the premier annual orienteering competitions in the United States, attracting hundreds of competitors of all ages over the 3 days of the event. An additional feature of this particular competition was it's accreditation as a 'World Ranking Event', which allowed qualified competitors to rank themselves against orienteers the world over. The event itself was open to the public, and media inquiries are encouraged.
